Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with over 5 years of experience in developing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in ServiceNow modules, scripting, and integration, as well as a strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop & Configure: Build and configure ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
  • Customization: Customize workflows, scripts, and applications to enhance platform functionality.
  • Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and APIs using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Optimization: Optimize ServiceNow performance and improve platform scalability.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve issues, debug applications, and ensure smooth system functionality.
  • Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement ServiceNow solutions.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with best practices and organizational standards during implementation.
  • Upgrades: Handle ServiceNow upgrades, testing, and migrations with minimal disruption.
  • Documentation: Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and system changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
  • Scripting Skills: Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide scripting, UI Actions, and Business Rules.
  • Integration Knowledge: Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Process Knowledge: Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist).
  • Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or CMDB implementations.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
