Job Summary:

  • Provide world-class service by supporting OEM customers with order fulfillment and on-time delivery goals.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding open orders, delivery schedules, and shipping status.
  • Proactively identify and fulfill customer expedite requests using business judgment and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborate with Lead/Account Managers and Procurement teams to maintain adequate inventory levels while avoiding obsolete/dead stock.
  • Enter customer orders promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain customer records and interactions in CRM as per Inside Sales guidelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle a team of 5 10 associates.
  • Ensure daily activities are completed without errors or backlog.
  • Manage order entry and provide regular updates to customers on open orders.
  • Consolidate and prepare reports for customers on order status.
  • Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) performance and track related metrics.
  • Coordinate with SCM for expedites, cancellations, or changes in purchase orders.
  • Use MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, and formulas) for reporting and analysis.

Key Skills

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, and basic formulas).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Email etiquette and professional business writing.
  • Customer handling and team management abilities.
