About the Role

We're looking for a
curious, system-minded developer
who loves using technology and AI to solve real business problems.

You'll help us
automate and digitalize workflows
for small and mid-sized companies — building everything from
AI-powered tools
and
custom WebApps
to
process integrations
that connect data and systems seamlessly.

You don't need to know every programming language —
Python alone is enough
if you can
think in systems
, understand how things connect, and use
AI-assisted coding tools (like Cursor)
to deliver fast, clean solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain
    lightweight WebApps and prototypes
    using Flask, FastAPI, or similar frameworks
  • Connect and automate systems via
    APIs
    and platforms like Make, Pipedream, or Zapier
  • Build
    data-driven tools
    such as dashboards, price calculators, and business logic engines
  • Integrate
    AI models and APIs
    (OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc.) into real-world workflows
  • Use
    AI-assisted coding tools
    (Cursor, GitHub Copilot) for faster delivery and refactoring
  • Maintain clean repositories with
    Git-based version control
  • Document clearly and communicate efficiently with the product owner

Your Profile

  • Excellent
    English communication skills
    (spoken and written)
  • Solid understanding of
    software and web technologies
  • Hands-on experience with
    Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Curious, quick learner who enjoys
    exploring new tools and frameworks
  • Familiar with or open to
    AI-assisted development
  • Experience with
    automation tools
    (Make, Pipedream, n8n, etc.)
  • Independent, structured, and outcome-driven work style

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of
    Docker, Nginx
    , or simple cloud/VPS setups
  • Understanding of
    REST APIs and system integrations
  • Interest in
    AI, automation, and process optimization
  • Exposure to
    low-code / no-code platforms
