Position: Territory Sales Executive ( TSE / Business Champ )

Department: Retail Business ( Apprale and Fashion | Footwear | Toys | Sports | FMCG | Consumer Electronics )

Location: Bankura | Jhargram | Puruliya

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: ₹25,000/- In Hand per month

( Excluding PF, ESIC, Incentives, Travel Allowance & Mobile Reimbursement)

Experience Required: 2–5 years in FMCG / Telecom / B2B / Retail Distribution/

Key Responsibilities:

 Drive business growth through market expansion & retailer onboarding

 Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

 Maintain strong distributor and retailer relationships

 Execute local-level activation and category development plans

Candidate Profile:

Proven sales & distribution background

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong leadership & target-driven approach

Ability to work independently and manage field operations
