QHSE Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conducting office internal audits.
• Scheduling the Office External Audit with Class.
• Arranging for MLC audits.
• Applying for the MLC Interim Certificate during Takeover (ISM & ISSC)
• Arranging for CSR.
• Applying New CSR for the DSSM.
• Management review.
• Collect 6 Monthly data (PSC , FSC & External Audit)(Broadcast, NMs, Best Practice and LARP)for the Management Review
• Reviewing various QHSE related documents received from the vessel.
• Maintain the MOC register and follow-up with the status.
• Need to Close the MOC within 3 months from the Takeover
• Tracking the QHSE excellence campaign progress.
• Track and Update the Campaign in Docmap and Share point folder
• Initiating drug and alcohol tests on board.
• Requesting the vessel to complete the Internal D & A Test twice in the Month as per our Manual Policy.
• Liaising with the training and manning department for the senior officer briefing.
• Liaise with the Manning Team for the MOC Closure. Requesting the MR date from the Manning Team
• Maintenance of the office library and updating it with the documents of external origin
• such as ISO Standards.
• Track other division PSC report and collect the KPI from other division. For the Deficiency and Detention Minimization
• Updating the duty roster for the duty superintendent.
• Updating the Broadcast File and Following up the Feedback document from the Vessel
• Follow up of vessel monitoring system.
• Updating the Revised Manual , Forms & Checklist and Creating the Login Credential
• Follow up of Charterparties and commercial activities.
• Raising of DCRs for the DSSM and Maintaining the CDTR for the Manual DSSM and Synergy Onyx.
• Scheduling and Tracking the SSAS tests for the DSSM Vessel
