- Assist EMS / QHSE manager in all Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environment related matters.
- Maintaining all department related documentation and records.
- Maintaining department in a state of readiness for external audits.
- Monitoring KPI data and emission records being submitted by the fleet.
- Maintaining office KPI data.
- Assisting with data collation and analysis.
- Assist with preparation of audit reports and follow up for closure.
- Communicating with Flag, Class and other External agencies as required.
- Preparation of QHSE / EMS related manuals, circulars, vessels plans.
- Maintain inventory and records of issuance.
- Effectively monitor QHSE excellence campaign responses and collate required data.
- Monitor various official internet sites and collate relevant industry data w.r.t. maritime security.
- Actively participate in MOC process and prompt follow up of tracker and task sheets.
- Various other administrative tasks as required.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Maintaining and keeping updated Environment Management System as this is the most important dept in our ship management services company.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- **Must have sailing experience** as Jr. Engineer or 4th Engineer or 3rd Engineer or 2nd Engineer. preferred - Oil Chemical tanker experience
- Young energetic individual.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Good Spoken and Written skills - ENGLISH.
- Focused towards Quality and Environment related matters.
- Understands and works towards achieving results within stated deadlines.
- Able to promptly follow up on all job related aspects.
- Good operating knowledge of Microsoft Outlook / Word / Excel / PPT / Forms.
- Past experience in Ship Management industry will be preferred.
- Willing to go the extra distance (to complete tasks) as and when required.
- Preferably based in Pune.
