We are looking for a dynamic and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for overseas job placements — ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment campaigns for international clients.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
  • Schedule interviews (in-person / Zoom/client rounds).
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
  • Liaise with employers, agents, and internal departments.
  • Prepare job postings, interview schedules, and recruitment reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company and government documentation standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (HR preferred).
  • 1 years of experience in recruitment
  • Excellent communication & coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email correspondence.
