The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing and enhancing the hospital's online presence across multiple social media platforms. This role involves strategizing, creating, and executing digital content that promotes Swasi Naturo Cure Hospital's brand values, wellness programs, and healthcare awareness initiatives.

The specialist will collaborate with doctors, designers, and the marketing team to create engaging posts, informative videos, and campaigns that connect with patients and the community. The goal is to increase brand visibility, patient engagement, and trust through consistent, authentic, and creative storytelling on digital platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Plan, create, and post daily content including reels, stories, and awareness posts.
  • Coordinate with doctors and the creative team for informative health-related content.
  • Manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads) to drive brand reach and lead generation.
  • Track analytics, prepare performance reports, and suggest digital improvements.
  • Handle audience queries and community engagement across all platforms.
  • Support content planning for YouTube videos and hospital promotions.

Skills Required:

  • Expertise in Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn marketing
  • Content creation and caption writing
  • Basic graphic and video editing skills
  • Campaign analysis and trend tracking
