Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Brand Marketing Manager
to drive brand positioning, market expansion, and customer engagement for our sanitaryware products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, digital marketing, and strategic planning within the sanitaryware industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute
    brand marketing strategies
    to enhance brand awareness and market share.
  • Conduct
    market research and competitor analysis
    to identify trends, consumer preferences, and growth opportunities.
  • Manage
    product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns
    to drive brand performance.
  • Oversee
    digital marketing efforts
    , including social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and online brand presence.
  • Collaborate with
    sales and distribution teams
    to align brand strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead
    advertising, PR, and media planning
    activities to maximize brand visibility.
  • Drive
    new product launches
    , ensuring impactful branding and successful market penetration.
  • Work with
    design and creative teams
    to develop compelling marketing materials and packaging.
  • Build and manage relationships with
    agencies, vendors, and key stakeholders
    .
  • Monitor
    brand performance metrics
    , analyze campaign effectiveness, and recommend improvements.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree
    in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience
    in brand marketing, preferably in the sanitaryware industry.
  • Proven expertise in
    brand strategy, market research, and digital marketing
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitive analysis
    .
  • Experience managing
    marketing budgets and campaigns
    .
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to
    work cross-functionally
    and lead teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in
    marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM software
    .

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in
    B2B and B2C marketing
    within the sanitary ware segment.
  • Knowledge of
    e-commerce, influencer marketing, and retail branding
    .
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
