JOB SUMMARY:

The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a primary focus on the Customer Service Management (CSM) module. This role involves configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, developing integrations and flows, and ensuring scalable and efficient implementations that align with business requirements. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and will work collaboratively within a Scrum Agile team following 2-week sprint cycles.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, configure, and develop within the ServiceNow CSM module, including Case, Account, and Contact Management, Playbooks, and related components.
  • Build and maintain Flows, Flow Designer actions, and Workflow automations to streamline business processes.
  • Develop client-side and server-side scripts (e.g., Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes).
  • Implement and maintain API integrations with external systems, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.
  • Support data modeling and management activities to ensure data integrity across CSM applications.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and deliver high-quality work within 2-week sprints.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Adhere to coding standards, best practices, and ServiceNow development guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, preferably with a focus on the CSM module.
  • Hands-on experience with Playbooks, Flow Designer, API integrations, and client/server scripting.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow data structures, tables, relationships, and CMDB concepts.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with short sprint cycles.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
