Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer (Interiors) to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects, primarily within commercial buildings. The role involves complete site execution responsibility, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of interior fit-out and furnishing works at project sites.
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Supervise site activities to ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor progress schedules, manpower deployment, and material usage to meet project timelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects, preferably in commercial buildings.
  • Diploma or B. Tech in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, finishes, and execution practices.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and preparation/handling of project-related documentation.
  • Willingness to travel and work across multiple project sites in Kerala, with Ernakulam as the base location.
