Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in interior projects. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, and ensure timely and quality execution of interior works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage interior fit-out activities at project sites
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications
  • Maintain daily site reports, material logs, and progress documentation
  • Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding site updates
  • Ensure safety protocols and site cleanliness are maintained

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in site supervision for interior projects
  • Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field preferred
  • Basic understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel to multiple project sites as needed

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with AutoCAD or site measurement tools
  • Experience in residential, commercial, or retail interior projects
  • Ability to manage small teams and multitask under pressure

Growth Path:

This role offers exposure to diverse interior projects and a clear path to grow into Project Engineer or Site Manager roles with performance and experience.
