Interior Site Supervisor

Almeka Constructions and Interiors is looking for a skilled and committed Site Supervisor to oversee our interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience managing interior execution teams and a strong understanding of quality control, safety, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Management:

  • Supervise on-site teams: carpenters, electricians, plumbers, false ceiling workers, tilers, painters, etc.
  • Allocate daily tasks and monitor execution progress.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order at the site.

2. Quality Control:

  • Ensure work is completed to specification, design, and quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve workmanship issues or defects promptly.

3. Safety & Security:

  • Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety checks.
  • Maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment.
  • Report and record incidents or near misses.

4. Communication & Coordination:

  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Manage material deliveries, storage, and usage efficiently.
  • Communicate with clients when required to address site-related concerns.
  • Take daily follow-ups with factory and subcontractors.

5. Scheduling & Planning:

  • Support in developing and maintaining project timelines.
  • Plan and execute interior finishing works like drywall, painting, tiling, flooring, etc.

6. Budgeting & Cost Control:

  • Monitor labor and material usage on-site.
  • Suggest and report cost-effective practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: Minimum 2 years in interior site supervision

Willingness to Travel: Required
