  • Lead annual appraisal cycles and performance pay processes
  • Collaborate with department heads on KPIs and salary proposals
  • Drive HR automation initiatives (HRIS implementation)
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies
  • Monitor headcount, attrition, and labour cost metrics
  • Represent HR in audits and statutory reviews

  • Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Knowledge of labour regulations and HR systems
  • Hands-on experience with job evaluation and market surveys
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office
