REPORTING STRUCTURE:

Team size – 6 senior direct reportees
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:
· Graduate in Business/Commerce/Science (MBA/PGDM preferred)
· Strong understanding of FMCG/OTC markets, sales channels, and trade marketing
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum 10–12 years in FMCG/OTC Sales, including at least 2 years as a Manager of Managers (managing managers who in turn manage teams)
· Proven track record of delivering sales and profitability targets
· Experience in both domestic and international markets (preferably Nepal/South Asia)
· Exposure to go-to-market transformation initiatives,
