  1. Overall in charge of the factory , contractor's worker and employees.

  2. To ensure receipt of original tea after due weighment.

  3. To make production and dispatch planning on fort nightly basis as per indent received.

  4. To ensure that proper blending operation is carried out as per blend sheets.

  5. To ensure receipt of processed tea after necessary packaging.

  6. To ensure maintenance of proper inventory of original tea. packet tea.

  7. Contractor management regular interaction and handling of major labor and local issue as and when required.

  8. To ensure availability of sufficient manpower for smooth running of factory.

  9. Arrangement of transport for timely dispatch.

  10. Proper maintenance of of machines and other allied machine.

  11. To monitor proper running of ERP system, issue C & F form.

  12. Overall administration , security of the factory.

  13. To ensure quality control and cost control.

Age 35 to 45 years

Qualification: Graduate and Computer application ERP etc.

Experience 10 to 15 years handling factory operation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55, ₹58,000.00 per month
