We are seeking an experienced Garments Quality Incharge to lead and ensure the highest quality standards for our knitted and woven garments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes, managing a team of quality inspectors, and collaborating with production teams to deliver garments that meet our brand's excellence standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards and processes for knitted and woven garments.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external quality requirements.

Inspection and Testing:

  • Conduct pre-production, in-line, and final inspections of garments.
  • Perform fabric and garment testing to verify durability, fit, and finishing

Team Management:

  • Supervise and train quality control inspectors.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and supply chain.

Vendor Collaboration:

  • Evaluate and monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Address and resolve quality issues with suppliers and factories.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed records of quality checks, inspections, and defects.
  • Provide regular quality audit reports to senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
