E-commerce Executive (Specialization in Amazon & Multi-platform)

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajkot.

The E-commerce Executive will be the primary driver of our online sales channels, focusing heavily on Amazon while overseeing operations across other major e-commerce platforms. This role involves the day-to-day management of all e-commerce operations, including account performance monitoring, sales strategy development, and platform optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Platform & Account Management: Oversee and optimize our presence on major e-commerce platforms, with a special focus on Amazon Seller Central, and managing listings, inventory, and performance metrics.

Sales & Growth Strategy: Develop and execute sales monitoring and growth strategies across all online channels to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Online Store Optimization: Continuously optimize product listings, store layouts, and the overall online customer experience, with a preferred working knowledge of Shopify administration and features.

Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to make informed business decisions.

Team Leadership: Lead, train, and coordinate a team to ensure efficient operations and the successful achievement of sales targets.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product teams to streamline processes and drive overall business growth.

Qualifications

Platform Specialization: Proven experience and expertise in managing and driving sales on Amazon and other major e-commerce platforms.
