Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Digital Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing department, you will be responsible for driving growth across all digital channels and ensuring our brand reaches the right audience at the right time with the right message.You will oversee paid ads, analytics, funnels, customer acquisition, and performance optimization, while collaborating closely with the content, merchandising, and creative teams.Your primary objective will be to scale our digital growth, optimize performance, and lead data-driven campaigns that convert.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from developing and executing marketing strategies to analyzing data and making informed decisions.We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about digital marketing and has a proven track record of success in growing online businesses.Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Performance & Digital AdvertisingPlan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.Build high-converting campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, festive gifting, and trending collections.Manage ROAS, CPC, CPM, CTR, and CAC to maximize efficiency and profitability. Data, Analytics & ReportingTrack daily performance metrics and identify actionable insights for scaling or optimizing campaigns.Build dashboards to monitor sales funnels, customer journeys, and micro-conversions.Conduct A/B testing for creatives, targeting, landing pages, offers, and funnel stages. Funnel OptimizationMap, design, and optimize the full marketing funnel: Awareness → Consideration → Conversion → Repeat Purchase → Advocacy.Improve website conversion rate, cart recovery, and overall paid campaign performance.Collaborate with the Shopify team to suggest improvements for speed, UX, and product-page conversions. Creative & Content CoordinationBrief the content/creative team on trends, messaging, hooks, and ad angles that work.Assist in developing SEO-friendly product descriptions, reels, UGC concepts, and high-impact creatives. Brand & Growth StrategyIdentify growth opportunities across gifting seasons, festivals, influencer collaborations, and new product categories.Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on retail, jewelry, and eCommerce trends.Support launch planning for collections, bundles, holiday campaigns, and seasonal drops.RequirementsWe are looking for a candidate with:A proven experience in performance marketing or growth roles (D2C, eCommerce, fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle preferred).A strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, Shopify data, and marketing attribution models.An analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.The ability to work in a fast-growing startup environment with agility and creativity.Strong communication skills and trend awareness.Why Join Us?This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing luxury brand and make a real impact on our business.
