We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Technical Trainer to join our team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering in-class training sessions, guiding students in projects, and ensuring that they gain strong practical knowledge in the latest technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver offline classroom training sessions on assigned technologies (e.g., Python, Java, Web Development, Data Science, Machine Learning, Cloud, etc.).
- Design and update course content, assignments, and projects to match industry standards.
- Provide one-on-one doubt clarification and mentoring to students.
- Conduct assessments, mock tests, and interviews to track student progress.
- Ensure students are prepared for placements and real-time projects.
- Collaborate with management to improve course delivery and student engagement.
- Maintain discipline and professionalism in the training environment.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
- Programming: Python, Java, C, C++
- Web Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React
- Advanced: Data Science, Machine Learning, Cloud (AWS/Azure)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts in a clear and practical way.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Qualifications
- B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / Equivalent
- Prior teaching/training experience is an advantage but not mandatory if technically strong.
- Freshers with strong technical skills and good communication can also apply.
Compensation
- Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills & experience)
- Performance Incentives: Based on student feedback and batch performance
