AICRA is seeking an enthusiastic and technically skilled **STEM Trainer** to lead training sessions and hands-on learning modules at its **India STEM Lab** established within an engineering college. The trainer will play a key role in delivering education and practical training in **Robotics, Automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Drone Technology**, empowering students with future-ready skills and innovation capabilities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct structured training sessions and practical workshops on **Robotics, Automation, AI, and Drone Technology**.
- Develop and maintain curriculum content, lab manuals, and training documentation aligned with AICRA standards.
- Guide and mentor students in participating in national and international competitions such as **Technoxian** and other AICRA programs.
- Maintain and manage lab equipment, tools, and software to ensure optimal functionality.
- Coordinate with college faculty for academic integration and scheduling of STEM Lab activities.
- Submit regular training reports, feedback, and documentation to AICRA's central office.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant training experience in STEM/technical education.
- Strong hands-on knowledge in platforms like **Arduino, Raspberry Pi, PLCs**, and tools related to **AI and drone systems**.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python/C++ and understanding of AI frameworks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and student engagement skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
