Growth Marketing Manager – Oxyzem Creative Agency

Oxyzem Creative Agency is seeking a Growth Manager to drive client success and fuel our in-house growth initiatives. This role focuses on
strategic performance marketing, ad campaign management, and market-driven growth planning
. If you're someone who knows the ins and outs of
Meta Ads, Google Ads
, and thrives on finding fresh opportunities to scale brands, this role is for you.

What you'll do:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
  • Explore growth opportunities for clients across industries and align strategies with business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and unlock opportunities.
  • Promote and manage in-house growth campaigns for Oxyzem's brand presence.
  • Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to build high-impact ad campaigns.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital growth and performance marketing.

You should have:

  • 3–6 years of proven experience in
    performance marketing or growth management
    .
  • Strong hands-on expertise with
    Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
    platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable strategies.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and digital growth trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads is a plus.
