Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Identification and Data Collection:
• Conduct in-depth research on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) to identify potential business contacts and leads.
• Gather and validate contact information, including email addresses, phone numbers, and social profiles, using ethical and efficient tools.
• Market and Competitor Research:
• Analyze target industries, market trends, and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities.
• Research company profiles and decision-makers relevant to Syscraft Technologies' business goals.
• Database Management:
• Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools or databases with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Regularly clean and enrich data to ensure usability for sales and marketing campaigns.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align research activities with business objectives.
• Share actionable insights to help craft effective outreach strategies.
• Tool Utilization:
• Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , , and CRM software to streamline research and data collection.
• Stay updated on emerging tools and techniques to improve efficiency.
• Reporting and Analytics:
• Prepare comprehensive reports on research findings, including lead potential and market insights.
• Track and evaluate the success of leads converted into business opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in social media research, lead generation, or a related role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms, CRM systems, and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Excel.
• Research Skills: Strong ability to gather, verify, and organize information from online sources.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in maintaining data quality.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret research findings and provide actionable insights.
• Ethical Awareness: Knowledge of data privacy laws and ethical data sourcing practices (e.g., GDPR).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Familiarity with lead generation strategies and sales pipelines.
• Experience working in the IT software and hardware industry.
