Position - Digital Marketing Specialist

Shift Timings - Mon to Fri 9pm to 6am & Sat - 9pm to 2am (Night Shift)

Work Mode - Remote

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly versatile and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist who brings a full-stack approach to marketing. The ideal candidate must be experienced in digital strategy, graphic design, AI tools, SEO, and content creation. This is a hands-on role where creativity meets technology to drive growth, visibility, and engagement across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies (organic and paid)
  • Design visually appealing creatives for web, social media, and ads
  • Leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT, MidJourney, Canva AI, etc.) for content creation and campaign efficiency
  • Perform advanced keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies
  • Create engaging content for blogs, social media, emails, and websites
  • Manage social media platforms and run targeted ad campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide insights
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and algorithms

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing (3+ years preferred)
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics)
  • Excellent content writing skills with strong grammar and storytelling
  • Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end campaign management
  • Strong analytical and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
  • Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
