Job Summary:

Coromandel International is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior CSR Professional to join our team in Chennai. This role will provide valuable support to the CSR Head in various aspects of corporate social responsibility initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for social impact, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning and contributing to the organization's CSR goals.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in the development and implementation of CSR programs and initiatives.

* Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to CSR activities, including project reports, impact assessments, and compliance records.

* Support the CSR Head in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other communication materials.

* Manage and track CSR-related financial data, including budget monitoring and expense reporting.

* Conduct research and analysis on social and environmental issues relevant to the company's operations.

* Assist in the organization and coordination of CSR events and stakeholder engagements.

* Maintain and update CSR databases and records.

* Support data collection, and impact analysis of CSR projects.

* Other basic administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.

* 0-3 years of experience in CSR or related fields (internships and volunteer experience are considered).

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong organizational and time-management skills.

* A strong desire to learn, and grow within the CSR field.
