Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation and enhancement projects.

The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, coordination, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.

This role requires 8–10 years of total experience, with strong exposure to ERP (NetSuite) projects, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end NetSuite ERP, CRM, OpenAir, and custom module projects.
  • Coordinate and track day-to-day project activities across implementation and enhancement phases.
  • Define scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets aligned with business objectives.
  • Prepare and maintain project plans, estimations, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Collaborate with functional, technical, QA teams, and business users to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and status reports.
  • Facilitate workshops, solution reviews, UAT sessions, and cutover activities.
  • Handle change requests, scope adjustments, and project governance requirements.
  • Drive best practices, process improvements, and NetSuite adoption across teams.
  • Support post-go-live stabilization, user training, and knowledge transfer.
  • Contribute to drafting Statements of Work (SoW) and maintaining project documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of total experience in project management, including 4–6 years in ERP/NetSuite projects.
  • Exposure to ERP systems (NetSuite experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, JIRA, or other project tracking tools.
  • Experience with SDLC, Agile, or Hybrid project delivery models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate with consultants, developers, and end-users.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,800,000.00 per year
