Experience Range – 5 to 8 YearsKey Responsibilities:Routine Maintenance:Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems, including lighting, power panels, distribution boards, wiring, and circuits. Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations. Troubleshooting and Repairs:Promptly diagnose and repair electrical faults and system malfunctions.

Investigate recurring issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term corrective actions to prevent future breakdowns. Emergency Response:Respond to emergency call-outs and electrical hazards to minimize downtime and ensure safety. Restore power and critical systems during outages with minimal disruption.

Energy Efficiency:Monitor system performance to recommend improvements that enhance energy efficiency. Suggest and implement electrical system upgrades or replacements where necessary. Documentation and Reporting:Maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules, repairs, inspections, and replacements.

Generate periodic reports on system performance, incidents, and operational reliability. Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams including mechanical, plumbing, and civil maintenance teams to ensure coordinated facility operations. Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for materials or outsourced services.
