Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Recycler On-boarding Executive. The responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to local recyclers, building partnerships with them to effectively streamline waste processing needs, ensuring regular communication with stakeholders, maintaining an updated and accurate recycler database, and assisting in compliance-related documentation. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of recycler operations within the company's waste management strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong networking, communication, and relationship management skills to build and maintain recycler partnerships
  • Proficiency in tools and techniques for market research, database management, and collaboration
  • Technical knowledge of waste management processes, compliance requirements, and recycling operations
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage documentation and reporting
  • Experience in waste management or environmental sustainability is a valuable asset
  • Proficient in using IT systems and tools to assist with operational processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business Management, or related fields
