About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee strategic projects

within the organization. This role involves managing project planning, execution, resource coordination,

stakeholder engagement, and ensuring timely delivery of objectives. The ideal

candidate will have a strong background in project management, supply chain, compliance, and business

development.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.


• Effectively manage internal and external resources to drive successful project outcomes.


• Prepare and maintain essential project documentation, including charters, timelines, and progress

updates.


• Engage with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and delivery.


• Build and manage strategic alliances and business associations; contribute to proposal creation and

partnership negotiations.


• Collaborate on new product initiatives—conducting research, coordinating prototypes, and aligning

teams for market readiness.


• Support supply chain logistics by identifying and onboarding vendors, negotiating terms, and ensuring

effective execution.


• Explore and activate new revenue opportunities aligned with market trends and company strategy.


• Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations by handling relevant licenses, documentation, and

agreements.


• Work with tech and business teams on initiatives involving partner integrations, including basic

understanding of API-driven collaborations.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a

related field.


• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management or related operational roles.


• Strong skills in planning, resource management, stakeholder communication, and problem- solving.


• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.


• Familiarity with compliance standards, vendor management, and logistics operations.


• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
