Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation:
  • Create engaging and original content (text, images, videos, reels, blogs) for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
  • Develop marketing creatives using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
  • Write captions, posts, and scripts with attention-grabbing hooks and brand consistency.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Plan and schedule posts using social media scheduling tools.
  • Manage day-to-day activities on social channels, ensuring timely responses and audience engagement.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to stay updated.
  • Strategy & Growth:
  • Assist in planning monthly content calendars.
  • Optimize posts for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers) to improve results.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing and design teams to align content with campaigns and brand goals.
  • Coordinate with influencers or brand partners for collaborations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong content creation skills (visual + written).
  • Proficiency in Canva, basic video editing tools, and social media analytics.
  • Good understanding of different social media algorithms and trends.
  • Creative mindset with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple platforms and meet deadlines
