Job description for Content Creator

We are looking for a creative, confident, and camera-friendly Social Media Content Creator/Anchor to join our digital team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for ideating, creating, scripting, presenting, and hosting engaging social media content that strengthens our brand presence across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Development:

  • Research trending topics, industry updates, and audience interests to develop fresh and relevant content ideas.
  • Write and script engaging content for reels, videos, podcasts, and live sessions.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create visually appealing and impactful social media content.

Anchoring & On-Camera Presence:

  • Present and host video content for social media platforms, including product showcases, brand stories, interviews, explainers, and live events.
  • Conduct on-camera interviews, Q&A sessions, webinars, and panel discussions when required.
  • Maintain a natural, confident, and engaging on-screen persona aligned with brand tone and messaging.

Strategy & Execution:

Contribute creative input to content calendars and campaigns based on current trends and audience insights.

Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to propose innovative content formats and storytelling approaches.

Performance & Optimization:

  • Monitor analytics to understand audience engagement and improve future content.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to enhance reach and performance.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in [English/Hindi/both – as applicable].
  • Strong content writing and storytelling abilities.
  • Confident on-camera presence with a natural anchoring style.
  • Basic understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience behavior.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, design, and production teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

1–3 years of experience in social media content creation, video hosting, or digital marketing.

Prior experience as a presenter, anchor, influencer, or video content creator is a plus.

Prior experience in the electronics and home appliances segment is a big plus.
