International Sales Executive

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead follow-ups, research, and outreach on target clients.
  • Generate new business by meeting potential clients to understand requirements and propose relevant IT solutions.
  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport, schedule meetings, and build long-term relationships.
  • Plan and execute new marketing and outreach initiatives in coordination with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Research organizations and key decision-makers to identify emerging opportunities across target industries.
  • Retain and grow existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other B2B channels.
  • Prepare client presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project handover.
  • Contribute to team targets by setting measurable goals and assisting in training junior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6 months–5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the IT services or software domain.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong IT industry awareness.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools.
