International Sales Executive

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead follow-ups, research, and outreach on target clients.
- Generate new business by meeting potential clients to understand requirements and propose relevant IT solutions.
- Contact potential clients to establish rapport, schedule meetings, and build long-term relationships.
- Plan and execute new marketing and outreach initiatives in coordination with the sales and marketing teams.
- Research organizations and key decision-makers to identify emerging opportunities across target industries.
- Retain and grow existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other B2B channels.
- Prepare client presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings to represent the company and generate leads.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project handover.
- Contribute to team targets by setting measurable goals and assisting in training junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6 months–5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the IT services or software domain.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong IT industry awareness.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools.
