Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing (SMM) Associate with at least 3 years of experience in SMM or Digital Marketing. The role involves supporting our digital team by managing social media channels, executing campaigns, and conducting outreach to clients and vendors for brand visibility and lead generation.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through social media platforms and email marketing.
  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn messaging and other social platforms.
  • Create and manage profiles and posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, etc.
  • Plan and execute social media marketing strategies, including content calendars, campaigns, and promotional posts.
  • Create compelling content (text, graphics coordination, captions) tailored to different platforms.
  • Monitor social media performance, prepare reports, and analyze campaign results.
  • Stay updated with emerging social media trends, tools, and technologies; recommend new approaches when appropriate.

Required Expertise & Experience

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority projects with varying deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal, coordination, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and achieve meaningful results.
  • Ability to interact with clients/vendors from various cultures and countries; cultural sensitivity is important.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent tasks and campaigns.

  • Passion for Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation.
  • Must have experience generating leads through LinkedIn and email marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience in managing social media platforms and content posting.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Highly committed, proactive, and reliable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Loyalty, sincerity, humility, and confidentiality are essential traits.

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Preferred: Master's degree or relevant certifications in marketing, SMM, or digital media.
  • 1+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
