We are looking for a passionate **Digital Marketing Executive** to manage **Facebook Ads** and **Google Ads**campaigns. If you are a fresher or have up to 1 year of experience, this is a great opportunity to build your career in digital marketing with us.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Create and manage** paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- **Optimize campaigns** to ensure they meet performance goals (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
- **Analyze campaign metrics** and prepare performance reports.
- Conduct **keyword research** and audience targeting to improve ad performance.
- **Stay updated** with the latest trends and tools in digital advertising.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge of **Facebook Ads Manager** and **Google Ads**.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with online marketing concepts such as **PPC, CPC, and ROAS**.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Certification in Facebook Ads or Google Ads is a **plus**.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

**Salary & Benefits**:
