  • Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of all guest rooms and public areas daily.
  • Lead, hire, and train hotel housekeeping staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the housekeeping department budget, take inventory, and ensure there is a stock of adequate cleaning supplies.
  • Document areas cleaned by room attendants and report any issues such as room damage or maintenance requests to the front office
  • Supervising room attendants and cleaning staff, checking that rooms are cleaned to a high standard.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operation and high standards.
  • Operations Oversight: Supervise the daily cleaning of all areas, including bedrooms, public spaces, and offices, ensuring they are maintained to set standards.
  • Inventory & Supplies: Monitor, order, and maintain housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipment to ensure adequate stock.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and checks to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation, arranging for repairs and maintenance when needed.
  • Budget Management: Manage the department's budget, control costs, and implement measures for efficiency.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure all staff adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations and standards.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Address guest feedback, complaints, and requests, working to resolve issues and improve the overall guest experience.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and the front desk, to ensure consistent guest service.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and maintain records related to housekeeping operations and performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23, ₹25,000.00 per month
