Executive Assistant to MD – Munjoh Resorts

About the Role

We are looking for a doer – a sharp, experienced Executive Assistant who will act as the MD's right hand. This role combines personal assistance with business execution: coordinating across resort operations, ensuring reports and timelines are met, and making sure work actually gets done.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage MD's calendar, priorities & follow-ups
  • Collect, review & track daily/weekly resort reports
  • Push teams to meet deadlines – no excuses
  • Coordinate with F&B, housekeeping, accounts, reservations & HR
  • Draft emails, presentations & summaries for MD
  • Travel with MD or spend 15 days on-site/month (Havelock/Port Blair)
  • Handle confidential matters with maturity & discretion

What We Expect

  • Hospitality/resort/hotel industry experience (preferred)
  • Strong English – written & spoken (must)
  • Proactive doer – takes ownership, not just instructions
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
  • Tech savvy (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, MIS reporting)
  • Mature personality – able to manage senior team members on behalf of MD
