Roles and Responsibilities:


• Provide customer support through various channels outbound(blended) such as calling,email, chat, voice and non-voice processes.


• Handle international customer inquiries with a focus on outbound blended process (calling+email + chat).


• Offer product solutions to customers based on their requirements.

  • Dealing with customers for sales


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.


• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

Desired Candidate Profile:


• 1-4 years of experience in BPO Customer Service with cold calling.


• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers via multiple channels (calling, email, chat).


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Proficiency in International Chat Process and Non-Voice Process is essential.


• Any graduates/post-graduates or pursuing are eligible


• Freshers are not allowed.


• Comfortable to work in rotational shifts.

Job Details:


• Any 6 days of working(rotational)


• Any 1 days of Week off(rotational)


• Shift- 9 hours (Including 1 Hour break)


• Rotational Shifts/ Week-off


• Salary - 26,000 CTC


• Location- Gurgaon
