Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and innovative
Power Platform Developer
to design, build, and optimize scalable enterprise applications. The role requires strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, with hands-on experience in
PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Dataverse
. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing secure, role-based applications, integrating external APIs, and streamlining business processes through automation. This position demands both technical excellence and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver impactful business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven).
  • Implement secure,
    role-based access controls
    ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Integrate external APIs and services via custom connectors.
  • Automate workflows and business processes using
    Power Automate
    and adaptive cards.
  • Manage data integrity and governance across
    SharePoint
    and
    Dataverse
    .
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and workflows.
  • Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize usability.

Mandatory Skills

  • Proven hands-on experience with
    Microsoft Power Platform
    (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
  • Expertise in both
    Canvas Apps
    and
    Model-Driven Apps
    .
  • Strong knowledge of integrating with
    SharePoint lists, libraries, and Dataverse tables
    .
  • Proficiency in
    role-based access control and security models
    .
  • Experience building
    custom connectors
    to integrate external APIs.
  • Solid understanding of
    PowerFx formulas, expressions, and logic building
    .
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with
    Power BI
    for embedded analytics and reporting.
  • Knowledge of
    Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
    in Power Platform.
  • Understanding of
    SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
    for advanced customizations.
  • Exposure to
    Azure services
    (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management).
  • Experience with
    Microsoft Teams integration
    for app extensibility.
