Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in ERP support (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Tally Prime, Local ERP etc.).
  • Experience with ERP implementation or support.
  • Good knowledge of SQL queries and database management.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in preparing user documentation and training materials.

Roles and Responsibilities-

  • Provide day-to-day support for ERP users and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Analyze and resolve ERP-related problems (functional and technical).
  • Supporting end-users with ERP transactions and workflows
  • Providing ERP end-user training and technical support.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Remote and onsite support experience
  • Strong understanding of business processes such as Finance, Inventory, Purchase, sales, Quality, Production & PPC.
  • Documenting ERP processes and preparing deployment progress updates.
  • Keeping informed of the latest ERP developments, upgrades.

Job location – Karve Road, Pune - Work from Office Role.

Working days – 5 days a week (Mon to Friday).
