Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP software across departments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for ERP-related issues, ensuring timely resolution through an effective ticket-raising system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map business processes and ensure ERP solutions align with operational requirements.
  • Customize and enhance ERP modules using Java and SQL to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Manage user access, security permissions, and system integrations with other business tools.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide user support to ensure effective ERP utilization.
  • Coordinate with software vendors and IT teams for upgrades, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
  • Monitor ERP performance, identify gaps, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Maintain data integrity, backups, and documentation as per company IT policies.
  • Oversee and support IT department functions, including network, hardware, and system administration.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in ERP software management and implementation - Strategic ERP (Real Estate / Construction domain preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Java and SQL languages.
  • Hands-on experience with ticket management systems (JIRA, Freshdesk, etc.).
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

Preferred Background:

  • Prior experience in Real Estate or Construction industry ERP systems (e.g., FARVISION, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Exposure to data migration, reporting tools, and API integrations.
  • Experience in IT policy formulation and team management.
