Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager – Oracle ERP, based in Pune & Jaipur. The Project Manager will oversee Oracle ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs. Responsibilities include managing project scope, schedule, and budget, analyzing business processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading project teams. The role also involves stakeholder communication, risk management, and ensuring project milestones are met efficiently.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Business Processes and Consulting
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Applications, with experience in implementation and support
  • Strong skills in Project Management and risk mitigation
  • Proven Team Leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience in similar roles, with a focus on Oracle ERP projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a Master’s degree or PMP certification is advantageous
