Travel sales consultant

Required Travel sales consultant with PPC call experience

-Minimum Exp: 1 year Exp

- both side cabs

- Salary up to 50K per month

- Shift time

- 9 pm to 6 AM

- 4 PM to 1 AM

- 1 AM to 10 AM

Interview process in timings

1st round - HR Telephonic

2nd round - Manager Telephonic

3rd round - F2F

Description:

  • Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred
  • Candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in Customer Support Voice Process.
  • Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.
  • Should be open to work in Night shifts.
  • Candidates with backlogs/arrears in their degree are not eligible
  • Responsible for dealing with Domestic & International Clients
  • Responsible for dealing with Clients' Queries
