Zoho Developer (upto 2yrs of experience)
to join our team and help streamline and automate business operations using the Zoho suite of applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and integrating multiple Zoho products to optimize workflows across departments such as Sales, Support, Operations, HR, and Finance.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 1-2 Years

𝗜𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and automate business workflows across Zoho CRM, Zoho FSM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and Zoho People/HRMS.
  • Design and implement end-to-end automation using Deluge scripts, custom functions, and Zoho Flow integrations.
  • Work closely with business and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective Zoho solutions.
  • Manage and optimize existing Zoho implementations to improve efficiency and data consistency across systems.
  • Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools via APIs, Zoho Flow, and Webhooks.
  • Create custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making across teams.
  • Ensure data integrity, user access management, and smooth operation of Zoho applications.
  • Stay updated with new Zoho features, releases, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience working with the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Creator, Desk, Inventory, Flow, FSM, or People).
  • Strong understanding of Zoho Deluge scripting and workflow automation.
  • Experience in developing custom modules, functions, and integrations within Zoho applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho Flow and API-based integrations.
  • Good understanding of business processes across Sales, Support, HR, and Operations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA or a related field preferred.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience in Zoho Analytics, Zoho Books, or Zoho Projects.
  • Exposure to API development or integration using REST/SOAP.
  • Basic understanding of SQL or Database Management.
