Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs.

• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications to optimize performance.

• Provide training and support to end-users.

• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM applications.

• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365.

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Dynamics 365.

• Proven experience in implementing and managing Dynamics 365 CE solutions.

• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules and functionalities.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE customization and configuration.

• Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).

• Experience with data migration and integration using tools like Azure Data Factory.

• Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, and C#.

• Understanding of business processes and workflows.

• Ability to create detailed technical documentation.

• Strong project management skills.

• Excellent active listening skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to collaborate with and influence others toward a shared vision or goal.

• Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to adapt and be flexible as project conditions call for

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or higher.

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance and Operations (F&O).

• Knowledge of Azure services and cloud computing.

• Experience with Agile methodologies.

• Strong understanding of data security and complianceRole & responsibilities
