Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Testing & Commissioning activities for all telecom systems including Radio (TETRA/LTE), PIS, PAS, CCTV, ACIDS, SCADA, Networking, and UTO interfaces.
  • Oversee system integration with signaling, rolling stock, and control centers.
  • Manage FAT, SAT, SIT and interface testing with vendors and contractors.
  • Review system architecture, technical specifications, and as-built documentation for compliance with project standards.
  • Coordinate with OEM vendors, contractors, and client teams for seamless project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with international safety and quality standards (EN50126/8/9, IEC, IEEE).
  • Provide technical support for tendering, vendor selection, and project documentation.
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer to client and O&M teams.

Requirements

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of metro telecom architecture and UTO operations.
  • Expertise in installation, testing, commissioning, and system integration for PAS, PIDS, CCTV, SCADA, Networking, and TETRA Radio Systems.
  • Hands-on experience with IPT, PAT, SAT, SIT, and telecom interface management.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, ProjectWise, Primavera or similar project management tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in tendering processes, scope development, and contract documentation.
  • Familiarity with statutory clearances (e.g., WPC) and payment processes (IPA/IPC).
