About the Role :

Were hiring an AML Techno-Functional Expert experienced in OFSAA FCCM, SQL/PLSQL, and KYC/AML configuration for a leading private-sector bank in Chennai.

Youll work on scenario & threshold building, OAS reporting, and data feed tuning to strengthen AML and compliance systems.

This role bridges technology and regulatory compliance, offering exposure to both banking operations and AML system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize OFSAA FCCM modules for AML scenario and threshold management.

- Build and fine-tune AML scenarios, rules, and alert thresholds based on business requirements.

- Develop and maintain OFSAA OAS (Oracle Analytics Server) reports and dashboards.

- Parameterize and maintain KYC and Customer Due Diligence rules.

- Analyze and tune data feeds across multiple source systems to ensure data accuracy and performance.

- Collaborate with Compliance and Technology teams to ensure adherence to RBI / FATF / SEBI guidelines.

- Provide production support and troubleshoot system issues related to OFSAA FCCM modules.

- Participate in UAT, deployment, and validation of AML configuration changes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 years of experience in AML systems / OFSAA FCCM implementation or support.

- Proficiency in SQL / PL-SQL (Oracle preferred).

- Hands-on experience with OFSAA OAS or other reporting tools.

- Knowledge of KYC / CDD / EDD / Sanctions / Transaction Monitoring.

- Familiarity with banking data flows, risk parameters, and scenario logic.

- Exposure to Unix commands and basic scripting is a plus.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to liaise across business and tech teams.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Cards Lifecycle / Payments AML scenarios.

- Certification in OFSAA, AML KYC, or compliance-related courses (e.g., CAMS).

- Prior experience in large-scale banking or financial institutions.
