Sales Manager Domestic Staffing (Project & Staffing Sales)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager with strong expertise in Domestic IT Staffing Sales and Project Sales. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling RFPs, SOWs, and driving end-to-end sales activities across diverse industry domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development for Domestic IT Staffing and Project Sales.
  • Manage RFPs, SOW-based opportunities, and client proposals from initiation to closure.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams for successful project fulfillment.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management review.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Staffing Sales and Project Sales within the domestic market.
  • Proven expertise in handling RFPs, SOWs, and client negotiations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into successful business deals.
  • Excellent understanding of market trends, pricing, and competitive landscape.
  • Experience in managing complete sales cycles independently.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
