About The Role
We are seeking experienced
ServiceNow experts
specializing in
ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM
to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional knowledge, strong technical skills, and the ability to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Design, configure, and customize applications within the ITSM / ITOM / ITAM modules.
• Develop workflows, scripts, integrations, and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and security standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Support upgrades, patching, and enhancements of the ServiceNow platform.
• Document solutions, configurations, and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow in at least one module (ITSM / ITOM / ITAM).
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and integration capabilities.
• Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations).
• Expertise in workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping (for ITOM), or Asset Lifecycle Management (for ITAM).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Implementation Specialist or Architect certifications preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Experience with Agile methodology and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and third-party integrations.
