Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Azure Data Factory / Active Directory Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft ecosystem administration, Azure integration, and enterprise infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

  1. Proficient in Active Directory domain trust creation and troubleshooting.
  2. Creation and management of directory infrastructure, including FSMO roles, trusts, Kerberos, KDCs, and replication topology.
  3. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory 2008 / 2012 – installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and administration.
  4. Experience with Azure Active Directory and Office 365 (O365) environments.
  5. Skilled in granular-level permission management, manual schema updates, and AD OU design.
  6. Perform operations and maintenance activities across multiple networks, including server administration and monitoring.
  7. Strong knowledge of Active Directory security concepts – groups, inherited rights, delegation, OU structures, and object attributes.
  8. Expertise in creating and managing Group Policies (GPOs), including precedence, enforcement, and blocking.
  9. Ability to build PowerShell scripts (v3.0 – v5.0) for automation and administration.
  10. Monitoring and reporting on domain reliability and security.
  11. Deep understanding of DNS configurations and troubleshooting.
  12. Experience with Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) configuration and support.
  13. Understanding of permission delegation and inheritance within Active Directory.
  14. Working knowledge of DFS/DFSR technologies.
  15. General understanding of OS layer infrastructure – patching, KMS activation, RDP licensing, and time synchronization.
  16. Deliver excellent customer service and support for AD-related incidents and service requests.
