Key Objectives/Responsibilities of this Role:


• Key Stakeholder Management: Actively interact with key stakeholders of the hospital like

Insurance, Billing, Counseling, Admission etc. to understand their needs, gather feedback, and build

strong relationships that can convert to business.


• Customer Relationship Management: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to

the market, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication with customers.


• Collaboration: Work closely with the Healthcare service providers and product development teams

to understand and align strategies.


• Sales Orientation: Develop and implement practices towards effective sales strategies, ensuring

alignment with company goals.


• Performance Monitoring: Analyze performance metrics for the team; identify opportunities for

growth and monitor performance.
